Parkridge Professional Building

The executive professional building is sited along a main arterial route and master planned as the first of an office campus in the McMurry Business Park.

Site-cast tilt up concrete was employed for the building envelope to speed construction to suit the rapid schedule. Rectangular footprint, wide structural bays and central lobby provide flexibility for speculative floor plates while the regular grid of windows ensures abundant natural light for the future tenant spaces. A two-story light-filled interior atrium greets visitors and provides orientation.
Landscaping reflective of the nearby mountain mediates the convenient access and parking of the site. The entry atrium dominates the façade, providing entry orientation while entry doors are hidden from view in avoidance of strong prevailing winds.
